Straight answers
We’re a new shop, and we’d rather say so.
Rivven opened in 2026. We haven’t got a wall of five-star reviews yet, and we’re not going to invent one. Here is what we can put on the table instead.
- You don’t pay until it arrives. Cash on Delivery is available across most pincodes in India, so the risk of ordering from a shop you don’t know yet sits with us, not you.
- Seven-day returns, and a free replacement if it’s damaged. Unopened products can go back within 7 days. If it arrives broken, send a photo within 48 hours and we replace it at our cost.
- A registered Indian business, not an anonymous page. Rivven is GST-registered — GSTIN 09BLRPS8554A1ZJ — operating from Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Our full address is on the contact page.
- Product pages that tell you the limits. We’d rather lose a sale than take one from someone whose problem this won’t solve, so each page says what the product handles and what it doesn’t.
- One person answers the email. Write to support@shoprivven.com and you get a reply within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday.
Before you order
Questions people actually ask.
Do I need a drill, or any tools at all?
No. Everything on this site is designed to be used with your hands and, at most, a cloth. The adhesive hooks, curtain clips, rod brackets and swivel wheels all stick on — no holes, no wall plugs, nothing your landlord will object to. The sealants and fillers come with a brush or nozzle in the pack.
How long will delivery take?
We dispatch within 24–48 hours. After that it is 3–7 business days to most of India — typically 3–5 days to metro cities, and up to 7–10 days for remote pincodes. You get a tracking link by email and WhatsApp as soon as it ships.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, across most pincodes in India. Choose it at checkout and pay the delivery partner when the parcel reaches you. Please keep the exact amount ready.
What does delivery cost?
Free on orders of ₹799 and above. Below that, a flat ₹79 is added and shown at checkout before you pay. There is nothing else added afterwards.
What if the product doesn’t solve my problem?
If it is unopened, send it back within 7 days of delivery for a refund — email support@shoprivven.com with your order number and we will share the return address. Once a sealant or spray has been opened we can’t resell it, so opened items are not returnable. That is also why each product page spells out what the product does and does not fix — please read it before you order.
It arrived damaged or leaking. What now?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We arrange a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You do not pay return shipping on a damaged item.
Do you ship outside India?
Not at the moment. We ship within India only.
