Shipping

Where do you ship?
All over India — 19,000+ pincodes. Checkout will tell you before you pay if yours isn't serviceable.

How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 24–48 hours. Delivery is typically 3–5 working days to metros and 5–8 elsewhere.

Is shipping free?
Free on orders above ₹799. Below that, a flat ₹79.

Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, across most pincodes — with no extra COD fee. Please keep the exact amount ready and stay reachable on the number you gave at checkout.

Is prepaid cheaper?
Yes — prepaid orders get a discount at checkout and reach you faster.

Returns & refunds

What is your return policy?
7 days from delivery on unopened, unused items in their original packaging. Email support@shoprivven.com with your order number and we'll arrange the pickup.

Can I return an opened product?
Because adhesives, sprays, sealants and similar repair supplies can't be re-sold once they've been opened or used, we can only accept returns on unopened items — unless it arrived damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered. In those cases we replace or refund in full.

Do I need to ship it back?
Yes. We arrange a courier pickup from your address at our cost, so you don't need to visit a courier office. Please keep the item in its original packaging until it's collected.

Something arrived damaged or wrong — what now?
Message us within 48 hours with a photo. We'll replace it at our cost, or refund you in full — your choice.

How long do refunds take?
Initiated within 24 hours of the returned item reaching us, and visible in your account within 3–5 working days. Prepaid refunds go back to the original payment method; COD refunds are sent by bank transfer.

What does Rivven sell?
No-tool home repair kits — waterproof glues and leak sprays, glass and concrete repair kits, rust removers, and no-drill hooks and mounts. Everything is designed to fix common problems yourself, without a toolbox, drilling or a plumber.

Are your products genuine?
Yes. Everything is sourced factory-sealed and batch-coded. If you ever receive something you believe isn't authentic, tell us and we'll refund you in full.

Country of origin?
India, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

How do you choose what to sell?
We only list products with a long, verifiable track record with real customers, and we walk away from categories with high failure rates however well they sell.
