Refund policy

At Rivven, we want you to love what you ordered. We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery on eligible items.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. To start a return, email us at srivastava.mithun@gmail.com with your order number and we will share the return address and next steps.

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

 

Damaged or defective on arrival: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

 

Non-returnable: items that have been used, are missing original packaging, or are returned after the 7-day window.
