Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Rivven. We ship across India only.

Processing time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping time: Standard delivery is 3–7 business days from dispatch. Metro cities typically receive orders in 3–5 days; remote pincodes may take 7–10 days.

Shipping cost: Free standard shipping on orders of ₹799 and above. On orders below ₹799 a flat delivery charge of ₹79 applies, shown at checkout before you pay. There are no other charges — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Cash on Delivery: COD is available across most pincodes in India. Please keep the exact amount ready for our delivery partner.

Order tracking: Once your order ships you will receive a tracking link by email and WhatsApp so you can follow your shipment in real time.

Undelivered or refused orders: If a COD parcel is refused at the door or cannot be delivered after three attempts, it is returned to us. We may ask for prepayment on future orders from the same address.
